About Us

Orca Property Services is a Sydney based business founded by Olivia Barrett who has expertise in both Property Management and Project Management.

Olivia Barrett is a Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW and is a passionate property professional with two decades of experience across the industry. Olivia has a Bachelor of Property Economics (UTS) and a Masters of Property Development (UTS).

Prior to founding Orca Property Services, Olivia’s experience included working in the development team at Multiplex Developments, Property and Client Account Management at Jones Lang Lasalle Hong Kong, and local property management roles on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. She also has extensive local knowledge from her dealings with renovations and developments in the local area.

Olivia’s past industry experience allows her to understand the needs of her clients and tailor her skill set to provide the best solutions to their property needs. Olivia provides a fresh and professional approach to Property Management.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her young family in Mosman.
